If that wasn't bad enough, the manager was on his personal cell phone while he assisted us. Are you serious?! Don't bother with an outlet store. The merchandise may be discounted but you sacrifice some of the customer service and overall freedom to return a shoe you aren't happy with.
Never will I shop at this place again. Each associate interprets the return policy different. One says store credit, one says return, one says exchange only. Many drive long distances with the expectation to have at least a few return options.
