Drew from Corrigan helped to coordinate my move from Livermore, CA to Detroit, MI. His customer service was excellent, with frequent phone calls to confirm pickup a week and the day before and a follow up phone calls on the day of pickup when the driver and loaders arrived as well as when they were completed to gauge my satisfaction with the service. I received a follow-up phone call the following Thursday (4 days after pick-up) and with an estimate for delivery 4 days later (8 days after pick-up). The day of delivery I was in regular contact with Drew both by phone and e-mail. Despite some confusion on the part of the delivery driver, Drew was able to resolve an unforeseen issue related charges associated with a 'shuttle' service. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service experience and would highly recommend Corrigan Moving based on their professionalism and rapid customer service.
