No reserved seating small seats that are stained looks like someone crapped in them before we got there food is way overpriced and they don't give free or reduced price refills you have to buy a new one and bathrooms are nasty
Needs updating, 2 people working concession stand with at least 40 people in line. No more free refill on popcorn unless you're a member of their email club. 1 large popcorn, 1 extra large drink, 2 large icee's, a package of candy and 2 regular popcorns....$50 and change! Not to mention $14 a seat, not a recliner, not reserved. Good thing we had $50 in gift cards, then again thats the only reason we went there.
Just nasty! Bathrooms and theatre were filthy. $30 for two tickets in a theatre with old dirty seats. There was a group of children, some who were barefoot, running around the concession stand and in the bathrooms while staff watched and did nothing. Very disappointing experience.

We went to amc to see justice league. They only had 1 person working the concession stand. I had to repeat my order 3 times. The person still got my order wrong. He also over charged us in the process. I usually like going to the AMC Great Lakes Crossing. Normally they have good service. Today's trip was a huge disappointment.
The service was great and had no issue with the movie or anything. But the theater was so disgusting. We were in the IMAX and I expected it to be at least decent. But the arm rests were covered in sticky stuff and the chairs were all gross and stained. We kept our coats and hoods on. The bathrooms were cleaner that the theater seats (and they were gross still too). I will never go back, this is the dirtiest theater I have ever seen.
