Lady tells me I will be charged $55 prior to calling and when swiping my card me and 3 other people heard her say that. Come to find out I was charged 65 and some change. And manager sees nothing wrong with that. Horrible management here. He said there is nothing he can do for me and told me 55 is only on week days he needa to tell that to the lady that works there. As a manager most companies who care about your business would do something for u the next time you come. Well I am NEVER coming back. He needs to learn how to run a business.
Our power was out for 5 days and we had to find a last-minute Hotel. This was the worst experience of my life. It was dirty cold and cramped, but much better than staying at home. I can't tell you how unbelievable it is that this place is still in business. They quoted one price on the phone and then another price when I got there. Apparently, that happened to others because the lobby was in chaos when I arrived. They demanded cash only. It was very stressful for everyone. If there was a negative rating I would have left one.

So I decided to give the motel another chance due to the fact of I've been coming here forever. But now when I went to go get my last three deposits they took One if the deposits and said they had towels missing.
I had a great time here. Most of my time at the motel was spent sleeping or watching History channel and TCM. All my question were answered by the front desk and everyone was very polite. They gave me the number for a taxi service upon request. Overall, I'd use this motel as a standard to judge others and I had an excellent experience. Great service!

Never in my life have I been accused of taking anything that was not mine! I do not touch what is NOT MINE! I've put up with nasty floors and toilets that don't work, wobbly or run all night! So I'm done with this Motel. Go there at your own risk because they have lost a very loyal customer.
This is the worst motel I've ever visited!! Do not stay there!! Bunch of crack heads living there fighting. Cops all over! We opened the room door to take a look, and a bunch of drugged up people start fighting. No way around them! Had to wait to go to office. No refund after 10 minutes!!!! Are you serious??? I will announce to the world that the Auburn Hills Rodeway Inn is garbage, crooks and thiefs! Do not go to this place if you value your life!!
I have been coming here for about 15 yrs and the motel come under new management a couple years ago. They have done improvements and staff is generally nice. But the problem I'm having now is if you pay in cash you have to leave a $20 deposit and you cannot get that $20 deposit back until after they check the room out. Unfortunately if you're from out of state or you have to leave earlier than the housekeeping can check out your room then you have to come back for your money and I feel that is totally unnecessary and unfair.
