I was searching for a video game online, found the one i wanted. The site suggested i order online and pick up in store the same day. Cool. I ordered at 11:45 A.M.. I Call at 2 pm ( on my lunch break ) and verify that they do have my order and what not. I speak to a chick who says "the warehouse hasn't picked your order yet, give us about another hour". I explained to her t hat I am on my lunch break, I cant wait another hour and I am not driving out here in rush hour. its one video game, should be that hard. then she proceeds to say she isnt sure they even have the game in stock..a quick second later she says they do, it just not picked yet. So i tell her I am on my way, and that ill go pick it if i have to. I arrive at 2:10 pm..and same thing. I am told that its not ready yet, i should've waited for the email to let me know my order was ready. I explained I understand that, but its been almost 3 hours at this point (now its 2:30pm). So they tell me to hold while they continue to find this game..they come back and say they don't have it in stock. So Now i am pissed at this point. I said that's fine, but you have already taken the money off of my debit card, you can cancel the order, but i am not waiting X amount of business days for my funds to be available. so i requested a cash refund. the manager 9 and i use this term VERY lightly) proceeds to say he cant do that..and that it should be released immediately. I question his knowledge, because at this point i know they will tell me anything to get me out of here..so the "manager" says "yes, as i just said.." and says it with a demeaning tone. Like I am a moron. They Provided me with 0 customer service, just a big run around and waste of my time. I can honestly say i will never be a best buy customer again. They do not have anything that i cant buy somewhere else for far cheaper. If you made it this far, Congrats. If you are affiliated with Best Buy, suggest to your team mates to learn customer service etiquette and hopefully this will be a learning experience for the company, because it sure was for me.

Still a relevant brick and mortar store. Good selection of the newest stuff and they'll match Amazon prices. As nice as delivery is, sometimes you need things in a hurry and it's still fun to browse the aisles and try out phones and tablets, etc. Even the car audio part still has some decent stuff. Just a heads up, when trying to get price matched, it has to be from Amazon themselves, not a third party seller on their website.

Really never have much. Best buy is a don't fad and other than movies they don't ever seem to have anything of quality. Safe yourself the hassle and just find it on Amazon

They have great service here. All of the employees are polite and well educated in the products they're selling. If you have any questions at all they will know the answers and if they don't they go out of their way to find the solution.

I purchased a Jenn-Air Induction Cook Top at the Auburn Hills Best Buy store with the aid of a salesperson. After a month, the first cook top arrived at my home to be installed, but it was shattered! I was instructed to re-order a replacement cook top and was told that it would be another month before it was delivered on Dec. 22. My husband received a call from Best Buy at 5 p.m. tonight informing him that the cook top was out of stock and would not be delivered tomorrow as planned, but would be re-scheduled for January 23. So much for making Christmas dinner this year!!! We decided not to re-order with Best Buy as we think they have no business attempting to sell appliances. The company simply does not know what they are doing. Total disaster.
