This is such a great car wash, especially for the price. I selected the cheapest option and got it cleaner than most places with the highest cost option. Highly recommended!!
I️ wash my Continental or Escalade nearly every day and would only do so at Zax. Impeccably maintained like my vehicles. 6 stars if available!!
I figured I would try this car wash out seeing how it is in my route between work because if they did a good job I was going to sign up for the monthly pass but I use the car wash and they did not do such a good job even renting it down in the beginning and the tire shine is non-existent at the end that I paid for also they put so much soap on the car which is good but they don't rinse it off it barely rences off at the end I had so much soap left on my car they just blew it off at the blow dryers it's pretty sad when you pay $20 or 15 or even $10 for a car wash and then when you pull out you have to wipe it down and rewash it again because it still has soap residue all over it so I get a carwash now I have to go home and use my spray detailing spray just to clean it my rims were filthy it barely even got the dust off my car and my car is not very dirty I will say I am never using this place again it is horrible.
This place damaged my car and the manager refused to admit his equipment scratched it. I WAS an unlimited monthly member for over a year but I quit today. There is a 12 inch deep scratch in my clear coat with obvious other scratches consistent with a rotating brush tied in to the deep scratch. When I called the manager over he said "I've been in the car wash business since 1988 and there's no way my car wash caused this issue." I take pretty good care of my car, wash it nearly every day and get out to wipe it all down afterward. I immediately noticed the scratch and this guy refused to acknowledge responsibility. As if no car wash ever scratched a car. Bad business and customer relations. He says he's not in this business to rip people off. It's not about that. It's about taking responsibility for your service and making it right with the customer. I have pictures. This is worthy of a lawsuit in small claims court.
One of the only automatic car washes that doesn't damage your vehicle when you take it through due to it having one of the best non touch drying unit systems out. Vehicle is always cleaned well and I don't have to dry a lot of water off of the vehicle afterwards. Highly recommend best around. I have the monthly service fee and I'm quite happy with the service.
