as for the aquarium, it is pretty small. It seemed like there was a lot of 'regular' fish rather than the cool fish. There was a cuddle fish which is one of my favorite animals but not the exact type I love. I wish there was more adult appeal but I understand there being more money in targeting kids. for me it was a 3 star visit.

I am so glad that this aquarium opened around here. The ocean exhibits are well done. Great for a family outing. The best for a school trip. Having tickets in advance and entry time set was a real novelty. Their gift shop is moderately priced with high quality goods. Marine science and education and fun!

Much better than I had expected. Our children loved the touch pool, the jellyfish, turtles, sharks and rays. It was educational and a great family experience.

Staff was patient and price was fair considering the overhead cost to run a business and take care of that many Living creatures. (I am a small business owner and understand what it takes...)

We did upgrade to the behind the scenes tour at the suggestions of the front desk staff and that wasn't appropriate for our children with us that day (ages 1& 2) it was educational but not fun for the kids. We were glad to get back out into the aquarium.

Also- reviews of the establishment based off interactions with other customers and their children don't really seem fair to sea life...

Visited last year and plan to visit again soon... we had an excellent time, took our time and enjoyed viewing all of the sea creatures.

I bought tickets and I couldn't make the time so i called and ask for another date. the accepted and I was able to go! nice customer service.

This place is way too small and way overpriced. This is not worth it at all. Bought tickets as a Christmas present this year and was completely disappointed. There is not enough room to walk side by side. The website makes it seem like this amazing place but honestly there was alot of regular boring fish. The tabks are small and short. There is not very many animals to look at. They let big groups go in all at once and then it is completely crowded the whole way through. Definitely will never be coming back and not recommending this place to others. Not a good experience. BIG thumbs down. Honestly would rather have a refund for the stupid tickets.

Overall 4.5 stars!

In reading Other reviews it is my opinion. That *People need to re-evaluate their expectations. This is not the shed aquarium in Chicago or Monterey bay aquarium in California... don't get yourself into a fuss when you realize it's not. It is a smaller scale yet still very spectacular aquarium.
